Responsible Production for Applications with Elevated Requirements

BTH Import Stal Sp. z o.o. conducts production activities and metal component processing for sectors with special technical, formal, and safety requirements, including the military, defense, and special industries.

The company holds concession No. B-050/2018 issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration (MSWiA), authorizing it to conduct business activities in the manufacturing and trading of products and technologies for military or police purposes.

The concession was granted for a period of 50 years, confirming compliance with stringent legal, organizational, and technical requirements.

Scope of Performed Works

As part of its concession-based activities, BTH Import Stal carries out, among others:

• production and processing of metal structural components for military or police purposes,
• precision water jet cutting (WaterJet), laser cutting of steel, including black steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, copper, brass, aluminum, and Armox,
• bending, preparation of components for further processing, and assembly,
• execution of orders according to the client’s technical documentation,
• short-run and unit production for special projects.

Production processes are carried out in accordance with quality control, traceability, and information security principles, following the standards set by the MSWiA.

Safety and Regulatory Compliance

BTH Import Stal ensures appropriate security of the business premises and supervision over processes covered by the concession, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Operations are conducted in compliance with:

• the act on conducting business activities in the field of manufacturing and trading materials and products for military or police purposes,
• the conditions specified in the MSWiA concession decision,
• internal safety and supervision procedures.
